Every human resources company should value putting people first. Everyone who needs to work doesn't have much time to wait for returns that exceed 30 days or more. Imagine an unemployed person, who is solely responsible for putting food on the table, or paying rent, this is the reality for many people, I believe! I've seen comments from people waiting for a return for at least 60 days! This is absurd, a lack of consideration. The agency and company need to take a look at this very important aspect! It's time to start changing that. I don't know the reality of an agency's internal work, but in my opinion it doesn't justify such a long delay in getting back to people. A vacancy being open for more than thirty days or more, with no response, is not dynamic and inefficient, I'm sorry. I guarantee that there are people qualified for two or more vacancies available at the same time, and you don't get the opportunity to go to the company for an interview! What is wrong? If so, it would be the agency's role to guide people so that they can increase their chances of being called. I guarantee that many don't even know why they aren't called. Sometimes it’s an adjustment to the CV or an expected attitude, I don’t know! I just know that we need to put people first and this needs to be everyone's mission, not just some professionals. I truly hope things change! Success to everyone!

Goodnight! I would really like feedback from the agency, as I have already applied for some vacancies that matched my profile, but I was not even called for a conversation. Once I applied for a position for sailors, I was called, and all that was done was to look at my work card, without any room for conversation and understanding of my profile and my professional search, after which all my applications were automatically were discarded. Candidates create expectations regarding the vacancies seen in this agency, after all, many of the vacancies for which I apply I know that I have the potential and I know my knowledge to exercise them, and of course if I didn't need a job I wouldn't apply. I would like more empathy with candidates, as it is no longer easy to be unemployed and looking for a new professional position and, on top of that, still receive poor service. Thank you very much!

Terrible service and unprepared recruiters. I was interviewed very late, the recruiter didn't know any information about the vacancies, she didn't give me a return date or where I would get back to. They make the candidate go to the agency and don't provide any information about the vacancy, and I even redo all the registration already done on the website. I contacted them several times via watts and they never responded! Terrible attendance!!

They tell us to arrive on time and they don't see us at the agreed time. If you are thinking about changing jobs and are going to go during your break, know that you will miss the rest of the day. Furthermore, they made an appointment with me at 9 am for the SAME DAY. For those at home, it's fine, but if you want to move to another job, that's terrible. I didn't have lunch because of the organization of the dynamics.
